The Ritual
• Warm a small amount of Manjisthadya Ghrita in a steel or bronze bowl until it melts into a liquid form.
• Apply a moderate layer over face and body while still warm (not hot).
• Gently massage in circular motions to promote absorption and stimulate circulation.
• Leave it on for a few minutes, allowing the herbs to deeply penetrate and nourish the skin.
• Rinse off thoroughly with warm water, or gently scrub off using a natural herbal powder.
• If needed, cleanse with a mild Ayurvedic body wash to complete your ritual.
